Pets are always welcome at Extended Stay America. A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. Guests with a pet will be charged a non-refundable pet fee of $25 (+tax) per day, per pet, up to the first six (6) nights and a $10 (+tax) per day, per pet each night thereafter. This fee includes visiting pets. The first seven (7) nights' pet fee is payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Undeclared pets will be charged "an undeclared pet charge" of $200.00 in addition to the applicable pet fees. Service animals will be exempt from this charge.
Guests checking in with pets (including service animals) must read and sign the Pet Policy Acknowledgement. Pets must be kenneled or out of the guest room when the room is being serviced. Pets are required to always be on a leash outside of a guest room. No pets are allowed in the guest laundry room, guest pantry, guest commons, fitness center, pool area, elevators, or in the lobby area. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Larger, or more than two pets requires property manager's approval. Service animals will be exempt from these restrictions. Animals displaying dangerous and aggressive behavior, wild or other exotic animals are not permitted on the grounds, public spaces, and/or guest rooms. Please contact the property for questions.
